- Counselors meeting with every single student 2x per year
- Intentional lessons about social and emotional learning during morning meeting
- Clarified PBIS expectations for behavior and school climate

- A greater focus during class time and expected behaviors during transitional times
- Regular updates about social emotional lessons with suggestions about how to support social emotional growth at home.
